Our mushrooms are organically grown in The Overberg, Western Cape. We use myceliated biomass in our products meaning it is fruiting bodies as well as myceliated grain. They go through a 48 hour deep freeze process and then are air dried and grinded into powder. No steam activation is used in our process to protect sensitive compounds.
